Position Overview:

The Clinical Applications Specialist: Pre-Sales serves as a key technical resource for the sales team, supporting the promotion and demonstration of Circle CVI products and solutions to prospective clients. This role requires a deep understanding of Circle CVI products and solutions, clinical workflows, and the ability to communicate complex information effectively.

General Responsibilities:

  • Product Demonstrations: Conduct live and virtual product demonstrations to showcase the capabilities of Circle CVI solutions to healthcare professionals and decision-makers.

  • Needs Assessment: Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and tailor presentations and solutions accordingly.

  • Training and Education: Offer training sessions for customers and internal teams on product functionalities and best practices.

  • Clinical Workflow Consultation: Advise clients on how imaging solutions can integrate into their existing workflows and improve patient outcomes.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with product development, marketing, and clinical teams to ensure that customer feedback is communicated and addressed.

  • Documentation: Prepare and deliver technical documentation, presentations, and reports as needed.

  • Market Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and advancements in medical imaging technology.

Required Skills/Experience:

  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in medical imaging or related technical sales roles, with a strong understanding of imaging modalities, primarily CMR and CCT.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

    • Ability to build relationships with healthcare professionals.

    • Awareness and/or experience in CMR and CCT acquisition and post processing a plus.

Educational Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Radiologic Technology, Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences), or equivalent appropriate experience.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications in cardiology, radiology or medical imaging are a plus.

Working Conditions:

  • Remote with ~40% travel to marketing events or client sites for demonstrations and training.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
