Ed Cook

Ed Cook, PhD, is the President of The Change Decision, a consultancy specializing in organizational change and culture. Currently serving as a Visiting Professor at the University of Richmond, Ed teaches courses in Information and Analytics and Decision Analytics within the MBA program. Ed's extensive experience includes roles such as VP/Sr Director at Capital One, where responsibilities encompassed operational capabilities, call center analytics, and major project management. Additionally, Ed holds board positions with Circle Center Adult Day Services and The Podium Foundation and supports entrepreneurs as a mentor with Startup Virginia. With a PhD in Systems Modeling and Analysis from Virginia Commonwealth University and an MBA from Old Dominion University, Ed combines expertise in data analytics and change management to drive organizational success.
