Michael Joseph is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in telecommunications and aviation. They served as the CEO of Safaricom Limited from 2000 to 2011 and have held various senior positions, including Senior Vice President at Davy Communications and IWC. Currently, Michael is the Chairman of Kenya Airways and PULA, while also serving on the board of Circle Gas. They were a Fellow at The World Bank, advising on mobile money from 2011 to 2012, and were the Managing Director for Vodafone's Mobile Money division from 2012 to 2017. Michael earned a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Cape Town between 1968 and 1971.
