Amanda Andrews

Amanda Andrews has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and organizations. Amanda is currently serving as the Director of Operations at Circle Health Group, where they are responsible for managing non-clinical functions and ensuring the efficient delivery of support services at The Three Shires Hospital. Prior to this, Amanda worked at BMI Healthcare for ten years as a Clinical Services Manager, where they provided clinical leadership, managed a caseload, and maximized departmental performance. Additionally, they worked as a Facilitator at Coventry University, supporting nursing students with simulation workshops, and as a Registered Nurse at NHS England, where they specialized in critical care and immunization programs. Amanda's experience demonstrates their expertise in healthcare management, clinical leadership, and education.

Amanda Andrews obtained a Bachelor's degree in Adult Health Nursing from Coventry University from 2000 to 2003. Later, they pursued a degree in Principles of Cardiothoracic and Cardiac Pathways in Cardiovascular Science at Birmingham City University from 2015 to 2016.
