With a background in project management and business change, Fiona has successfully led the implementation of new patient administration systems and electronic patient records. Fiona has also managed projects involving the deployment of online booking and payment portals, downloadable apps, and patient registration portals. Fiona's diverse experience includes project management roles in the public sector, social services, and technology industry. Fiona holds a BA Hons in Computing & Information Systems, a Conversion Diploma in Psychology, and an MSc in Occupational Psychology.
