Jaafar al-Rubie

Jaafar Al-Rubie is an experienced Clinical Oncology pharmacist currently working at Circle Health Group since May 2022 and serving as the Lead Cancer pharmacist at Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust since March 2020. Al-Rubie has a comprehensive background in oncology and haematology, having held various positions such as Radiopharmacist and Radiopharmacy Production Manager at Barts Health NHS Trust from January 2018 to March 2020, and Aseptics Pharmacist at The Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust from February 2016 to April 2018. Other roles include Specialist Aseptics Pharmacist at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust, Aseptics Pharmacist at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, and Specialist Oncology and Haematology Pharmacist at several institutions including Milton Keynes University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust and GenesisCare UK. Al-Rubie obtained a Master’s degree in Pharmacy from the University of Portsmouth between 2002 and 2006.
