Kevin Avis

Kevin Avis is an experienced HR professional currently serving as a People Partner at Circle Health Group, where responsibilities include directing HR model transformation projects and overseeing HR Shared Services and digital learning teams. Kevin also holds a Board Trustee position with Fruitmarket, contributing to the gallery's mission of providing accessible contemporary art experiences. Previous roles include Co-Chair of the CIPD Branch in Central London and Learning & OD Manager at The Salvation Army, where leadership involved the implementation of learning technologies and organizational development initiatives across a multi-site environment. Kevin possesses an MSc in Human Resources Management from Kingston University and a BA(Hons) in Theology from The University of Manchester.
