David Lee MPA

David Lee MPA has extensive work experience in various roles within law enforcement and data technology. David currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Circle L Solar since February 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Greystone Data Technology as a General Manager from May 2018 to February 2022.

David also has a solid background in law enforcement, having served in different positions at the Newark Police Department. David was a Detective Sergeant from September 2014 to February 2018, and also held the position of Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) Team Leader from November 2008 to February 2018. Additionally, they worked as a Police Sergeant at the City of Newark California from August 2012 to February 2014. Earlier in their career, David was a Police Detective at the Southern Alameda County Narcotic Enforcement Team from August 2008 to February 2012, and a Police Officer at the Newark Police Department from September 2002 to September 2008.

David Lee MPA obtained a Master of Public Administration (M.P.A.) degree from California State University - East Bay between 2014 and 2016. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration at California State University, Stanislaus from 1997 to 2002.
