Andréa Robaldo

Andréa Robaldo has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Andréa started their career at Souza Cruz in 2011, where they held the roles of "Analista Matéria Prima" and "Técnica de Produção I e II". In these positions, they were responsible for production scheduling, waste analysis, training users, and implementing new SAP systems. At SAP, Andréa worked as a "PP Support Engineer" from April 2017 to September 2020, mentoring team members, engaging in critical incident management, and conducting training sessions. Andréa then transitioned to the role of "Senior Solution Support Architect" from September 2020 to November 2022, where they served as the product area lead and collaborated with various teams to enhance product supportability. Andréa's most recent position is at Circle, where they currently work as a "Customer Experience Specialist" starting from January 2023.
