Natália Machado

Senior Support Specialist at Circle

Natália Machado has a diverse work experience starting from their time as an Intern at John Deere in manufacturing engineering. Natália then joined SAP Labs Latin America, where they held various roles including EWM Support Engineer, Time Management Trainer, and Senior Design Thinking Coach. Natália also took on leadership positions such as Business Women's Network Empowerment Pillar Lead and LAC Diversity & Inclusion Learning Partner, where they built a strategy to deliver the Impostor Syndrome Workshop and developed a Train the Trainer concept. Currently, they are working at Circle as a Customer Experience Specialist, and they will transition to the role of Senior Support Specialist in 2023.

Natália Machado's education history begins with their earning a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidade do Vale do Rio dos Sinos, which they completed from 2013 to 2019. Prior to that, from 2009 to 2013, they attended Fundação Escola Técnica Liberato Salzano Vieira da Cunha, where they obtained a degree in Electrical Technician, specializing in Técnico em Eletrotécnica.

In terms of post-graduate education, Natália is currently pursuing a Pós-graduação Lato Sensu - Especialização (specialization) in Transpersonal Psychology from Izen. Their expected completion for this program is between 2021 and 2023.

In addition to their formal education, Natália has obtained various certifications throughout their career. Natália has also received LinkedIn certifications such as "Aligning Customer Experience with Company Culture," "Creating a Positive Customer Experience," "Customer Experience Leadership," "Adding Value through Diversity," "Developing a Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging Program," "Diversity and Inclusion in a Global Enterprise," and "Unconscious Bias," all of which were acquired in 2022. Natália also holds certifications in "Fundamentos e Metodologia da Educação Corporativa" from Escola Nacional de Administração Pública ENAP in September 2021, "Comunicação Assertiva" from Escola Conquer in July 2021, and "Bye Bye BlaBlaBla - Communication for Presenters" from Cosmonauta in September 2020.
