Coralie Billmann

Coralie Billmann, CFA, is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in high-level roles within notable financial institutions. As Managing Director at Circle since December 2023, Billmann previously served as COO Europe and Board member at 3S Money and held a brief position in Payments High Growth Tech Sales at J.P. Morgan. From September 2013 to June 2022, Billmann was the EMEA Treasurer at PayPal Luxembourg, where responsibilities included designing and implementing finance strategies for new payment tools. Prior positions include Head of Finance at FLAGSTONE INVESTMENT Luxembourg, Buy-side Trader at BMO Capital Markets in London, and Fixed Income Fund Manager at HSBC Paris. Billmann holds a Master of Business and Economics degree with a focus on finance from Audencia and has furthered education at The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business.
