Jess L. has accumulated extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Director of Employee Experience at Circle since April 2022. Prior to this role, Jess held various positions at Johnson & Johnson from July 2017 to April 2022, including HR Leader for DePuy Synthes Commercial and Global Services, where responsibilities encompassed talent strategy, culture integration, and compensation management for over 130,000 employees.
