Loucas Anagnostou

Loucas Anagnostou, CAMS, CBP, is an experienced compliance professional with a strong background in regulatory reporting, compliance monitoring, and anti-money laundering (AML) analysis. Currently serving as a Manager in Compliance Monitoring & Testing at Circle since July 2018, Loucas has effectively led the regulatory reporting function, managed abandoned funds programs, and directed state examinations. Prior roles include Compliance Governance Manager and Manager of Regulatory and Compliance Risk Management at Circle, along with experience as a Lead AML Analyst and AML Analyst. Before Circle, Loucas worked as a Financial Investigator at PwC, focusing on AML projects for major financial institutions, and began a career in compliance during an internship at the South Carolina Office of the State Treasurer. Loucas holds a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of South Carolina and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Reading, supplemented by an International Baccalaureate Diploma.
