Rahul Vemulapally

Rahul Vemulapally is an experienced product management professional with a strong background in payments, fraud prevention, and decisioning platforms. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Product Management at Circle since October 2025, Rahul previously held the position of VP of Product Management at Oportun from April 2018 to September 2025, where significant achievements included launching a credit card product and enhancing transaction monitoring systems. Prior roles include Head of Product at PayJoy, overseeing smartphone financing solutions, and various positions at Oportun and Fractal Analytics, focusing on product management and data analysis. Rahul holds a Master of Science in Construction Engineering and Management from Virginia Tech and a B.Tech in Civil Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.
