Stephen Fennell

Stephen Fennell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in compliance and operations management. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Investigations Operations & Shared Services at Circle since May 2022, Stephen previously held roles as Compliance Process Manager at Novi Financial and Sanctions & Intakes Process Manager at Facebook, where responsibilities included implementing screening for new products and managing compliance operations across various platforms. Stephen also gained valuable experience at Accenture and Full Tilt, overseeing risk management and operational integrity. Stephen holds a Diploma of Education in Coaching and Mentoring from Kingstown College and an International Advanced Certificate in Anti Money Laundering from the International Compliance Association.
