Carlos Leon has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Carlos started their career as an Agent at Comcast before moving into Quality Assurance Analyst roles at both Comcast and Fiserv. Carlos then worked as a Customer Service Team Lead at BRM S.A. and later held multiple roles at Sitel, including Agent for First Data Money Network and Quality Assurance Analyst for Comcast.

In 2019, Carlos transitioned to Cisco-related roles, first as a Cisco Subject Matter Expert at Teleperformance, where they deployed and troubleshooted a virtual Collector tool. Carlos then became a Cisco Life Cycle Program Manager, working on customer success plans and deployment of Cisco's Smart Net Total Care.

Carlos joined NetApp in 2020 as a Technical Support Engineer, responsible for handling technical cases related to Data Ontap OS. Carlos also worked at Nub7/8 as a Subject Matter Expert, assisting with the deployment and configuration of a Cisco telemetry tool called CSPC.

Most recently, Carlos worked as a TAC Engineer at Capgemini Engineering, providing technical support for Cisco UCS servers and managing server performance issues.

In 2023, Carlos will join CircleCI as a Senior Technical Support Engineer.

Carlos Leon attended Escuela Argentina de Sommeliers from 2012 to 2014, where they pursued a degree in Wine Steward/Sommelier. Prior to that, from 1995 to 2005, they studied at Liceo Juan Ramon Jimenez, but the information about their degree and field of study is not provided.
