Jia Y. Jia Y. has extensive work experience in customer success and operations management.

They began their career at JPMorgan Chase, where they worked as a Personal Banker from August 2010 to May 2012. In this role, they were responsible for identifying and driving customer sales, as well as developing and maintaining banking relationships. They then transitioned to the role of Operations Manager at JPMorgan Chase from May 2012 to February 2014. As an Operations Manager, they focused on ensuring the operational success of the branch and managing key operational metrics to minimize risk and losses.

In 2014, Jia joined Fivestars as an Account Executive and worked there for a year.

They later moved to CircleCI in July 2015 and held various positions during their time there. They started as a Customer Success Manager, where they were responsible for helping software teams improve their velocity and release code efficiently. They then progressed to the role of Enterprise Customer Success Manager until November 2019. From November 2019 to January 2021, they served as a Manager, Customer Success - NAMER, focusing on customer success in North America.

Jia continued to advance at CircleCI and became the Manager of Commercial Customer Success from February 2021 to February 2022. They then took on the role of Senior Manager, Customer Success from February 2022 to October 2022. Currently, Jia works as the Director of Technical Success at CircleCI, starting in October 2022.

Through their work experience, Jia has developed a strong background in customer success, operations management, and sales.

Jia Y. Jia Y. began their education in 2006 at UC San Diego, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics. Jia Y. studied at the university for four years, completing their degree in 2010.
