Katrina Reyes has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. In 2016, they worked as a Front Desk Receptionist at Homewood Suites by Hilton, where they greeted and assisted guests and handled guest accounts. Katrina then moved on to Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in 2016, continuing in a similar role as a Front Desk Receptionist until 2017. At Four Seasons, they also took on the role of Lead People and Culture Coordinator from 2017 to February 2022, where they assisted with HR matters and recruitment processes. Following their tenure at Four Seasons, Katrina joined CircleCI in February 2022 as a People Operations Coordinator, where they are currently employed.

Katrina Reyes obtained their Bachelor's degree in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from the University of Asia and the Pacific, where they studied from 2011 to 2015. In addition to their degree, they also obtained certifications in "Human Resources: Managing Employee Problems" and "Interviewing Techniques" from LinkedIn in January 2021.
