Megan Heiy

Megan Heiy serves as the Associate General Counsel at CircleCI since September 2021, after holding the position of General Counsel at Zapproved from February 2018 to September 2021, where responsibilities included managing legal matters and advising on data privacy and compliance issues. Prior experience includes roles as Assistant General Counsel at CLEAResult, where complex transactional documents were managed, and Attorney at The Consul Group, providing legal counsel on international compliance and marketing issues. Early career positions include judicial law clerk roles with the U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada and Washoe County District Court, as well as legal internships. Megan Heiy founded both a graphic design and snowboarding business and holds a JD from Lewis & Clark Law School and a B.A. and B.S. from the University of Colorado Boulder.
