Bhadrinath Ramachandran

Bhadrinath Ramachandran has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Bhadrinath began their career at EMC Corporation as an Associate Software Engineer, where they played a key role in designing and implementing the Netwitness - Archer integration. Bhadrinath also contributed to real-time multidimensional analysis using Pentaho Business Intelligence Suite and Mondrian server. Following this, Bhadrinath worked at IBM as a Software Engineer, primarily focusing on product design and development for the Maas 360 MDM product. Bhadrinath collaborated closely with QA and Product Management teams during this role.

In 2013, Bhadrinath joined Rplus Analytics as a Senior Consultant, reporting directly to the CEO. During their time there, they played an active role in developing and implementing the services portfolio based on market trends, competition, and input from Sales and Marketing teams.

Moving on, Bhadrinath joined Medtronic as a Principal Business Analyst, where they worked closely with country managers on marketing plans for new surgical device launches across the APAC region. Bhadrinath followed the Big Picture Model and contributed to the successful execution of these plans. Bhadrinath also took on the role of Sales and Marketing Specialist during their time at Medtronic.

In 2016, Bhadrinath joined Circles.Life as a Founding Product Manager, overseeing the development and launch of new products. Bhadrinath later transitioned to the role of Group Product Manager and then went on to become the Director of Product Management. Bhadrinath'scontributions to the company included strategic decision-making and product management.

In 2022, Bhadrinath joined Indeed.com as a Product Lead, where they showcased their expertise in leading product initiatives and driving product growth. Following this, they moved to ExpressVPN as a Group Product Manager, responsible for managing and overseeing product development.

Currently, Bhadrinath is serving as the Director of Product Management at Circles, where they continue to apply their leadership and product management skills to drive the company's success.

Bhadrinath Ramachandran completed their education at PSG College of Technology, where they obtained a Bachelor of Technology degree in Information Technology. Bhadrinath then pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Marketing and Strategy at Singapore Management University. In addition to their formal education, Bhadrinath also obtained various certifications, including Growth series from Reforge, Startup Valuation Methods from Duke University, Brand identity and strategy from IE Business School, Digital Product Management from University of Virginia, and Reviews and Metrics for Software Improvements from University of Alberta. Bhadrinath has also completed certifications in Agile Planning for Software Product Management from University of Alberta, Building High Performance Teams from University of Pennsylvania, Design thinking for Innovation from University of Virginia Darden School of Business, Practices for working smarter from University of California, Berkeley, and UI Design Principles from University of Minnesota.
