Honey Madaan has extensive work experience in the customer experience field. Honey currently holds the position of Global Head of Customer Experience at Circles.Life since August 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Airtel Payments Bank as the Senior Vice President of Customer Experience and Consumer Proposition from August 2019 to January 2023. Honey also served as the Head of Customer Experience at Airtel Payments Bank from October 2016 to August 2019. Before joining Airtel Payments Bank, Honey Madaan worked at Bharti Airtel Limited as the GM - High Value Customer Experience from May 2013 to September 2016, where they were responsible for improving customer service operations and creating a world-class customer experience center. Honey started their career at Bharti Airtel as the GM - Service Recovery from June 2011 to April 2013, where they led projects to reduce customer complaints and improve the quality of service. Honey also worked as the DGM - Self Service from January 2009 to May 2011, pioneering the launch of self-service channels for Airtel.
Honey Madaan attended Delhi University from 1994 to 1997 and earned a Bachelor's degree. From 1995 to 1997, Honey Madaan attended NIIT and completed a Post Graduate degree in Computer Science. In 2010, Honey Madaan briefly attended the Indian School of Business but did not earn a degree or specialize in a specific field of study.
