Indrika Hikkaduwa

Indrika Hikkaduwa is a technology leader with extensive experience in platform engineering and software architecture. Currently serving as Head of Platform at Circles.Life and Senior Director of Platform Engineering at Venmo, Indrika has built and led high-performing engineering teams while instilling a culture of platform thinking. Previous roles include Head of Engineering for In-Store Retail at PayPal, where Indrika oversaw product engineering teams and implemented best practices in platform development. Indrika's career includes significant contributions to the design and architecture of multi-tenant platforms at Paydiant and Aeturnum, as well as technical leadership roles in various organizations. Indrika holds a BSc (Hons) in Information Systems from The Manchester Metropolitan University and IIT, along with an Executive Certificate in Management and Leadership from MIT Sloan School of Management.
