Shawn Chia

Shawn Chia currently serves as the Head of Commercial at Circles, overseeing commercial strategy, analytics, and fraud management since March 2023. Previously at LingoAce, from September 2021 to February 2023, Shawn held multiple senior roles including Senior Regional Manager for Post Sales in Southeast Asia, where efficient P&L management and team restructuring were achieved in both Indonesia and Thailand. Shawn's experience also includes key positions at Gojek, Deliveroo, and Uber, with a focus on operational excellence, supply growth, and analytics. Educational qualifications include a Diploma in Information Technology from Kaplan Higher Education Institute.
