Joanna Dial

Joanna Dial, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has extensive experience in human resources, particularly in the field of compliance and HR programs and processes. Joanna served as the Director of HR Compliance at CIRCOR International, Inc., where they effectively developed strategies to meet corporate compliance goals and ensured adherence to employment/labor laws. Additionally, as the Manager of Global HR Programs and Processes, they successfully achieved staffing goals by evaluating and recruiting candidates, advising managers, and managing the intern program. Prior to their roles in compliance and HR programs, Joanna held various positions at CIRCOR International, Inc. from 2006 to 2012.

Joanna Dial, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Political Science from David Lipscomb College. Joanna obtained their SPHR certification from the Human Resource Certification Institute in May 2008 and their Senior Certified Professional (SCP) certification from SHRM in May 2015.
