Ted Sanders

Ted Sanders has extensive work experience in various roles, primarily in the legal and engineering fields. Ted currently holds the position of VP, Deputy General Counsel at CIRCOR International, Inc. starting from November 2021. Previously, they served as a Board Member at TINUUM GROUP, LLC from May 2021 to December 2022. Prior to that, Ted was the General Counsel at ADA-ES, Inc. from May 2012 to November 2021. Ted also held the position of General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Advanced Emissions Solutions, Inc. from May 2012 to November 2021. In their role at Advanced Emissions Solutions, Ted provided strategic advice to the Board of Directors on various corporate, legal, governance, and risk assessment matters. Ted was also involved in M&A activities, corporate and securities compliance, intellectual property management, and negotiation of commercial contracts. Before transitioning to the legal field, Ted gained experience as a Mechanical Product Development Engineer at Hyundai Kia America Technical Center and Ford Motor Company. Ted also worked as a Design Engineer Co-op at Parker Hannifin. Ted began their career as a Judicial Extern at the U.S. District Court Southern District of California in 2011.

Ted Sanders has a J.D. degree with an Intellectual Property Concentration from the University of San Diego School of Law. Ted also has a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University. In addition, they have an Executive MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology. Ted is a licensed attorney in Colorado and Missouri, with a single client registration in Massachusetts.
