Paul Grein has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Paul began their career in 1996 as a Nuclear Electrician's Mate in the US Navy, where they served for six years. After their discharge in 2002, they joined Raytheon as an Electrical Engineer for a brief period. In 2008, they joined Circuit Breaker Sales Co. LLC as an Electrical Engineer and later transitioned to the role of Sales Engineer. In 2011, they became the President of Innovative Electrical Equipment (iE2), a subsidiary of GroupCBS. Paul served as the President until 2013. In 2016, they returned to Circuit Breaker Sales Co. LLC as Vice President and held the position until their promotion in 2020, where they currently serve as the Vice President. In 2019, they also became a Board Member at PEARL - Professional Electrical Apparatus Reconditioning League.

Paul Grein has a diverse education history. Paul earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from The University of Texas at Dallas between 2005 and 2007. Later, they pursued their passion for business and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Strategic Business Management from the University of North Texas from 2010 to 2014. Prior to these academic achievements, Paul attended Naval Nuclear Power School from 1996 to 1998, where they specialized in Nuclear Engineering with an emphasis on Electrical specialization.
