Steffi Steven, CPHR has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Steffi currently holds the position of Senior Human Resources Manager at Circulants, starting in January 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Manager of Human Resources at Newgen Enterprise from September 2016 to January 2022.

Before their role at Newgen Enterprise, Steffi served as the Assistant Manager of Human Resources and Administration at CellPoint Mobile from August 2015 to September 2016. During this time, they were responsible for various HR functions such as recruitment, vendor management, payroll, employee retention, and grievance handling. Steffi also played an active role in employee engagement activities and was involved in redesigning the employee manual with employee-friendly policies.

Steffi's earlier experiences include working as a Lead Associate in Human Resources at JR Technologies from January 2014 to June 2015. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Associate in Human Resources at Accelya Kale Solutions Limited from June 2011 to November 2013. In this role, they were involved in training programs, content development, and conducting training sessions for employees at various levels. Steffi also created competencies for different job roles and developed behavioral training directories.

Steffi began their career as an HR Executive at Hutchison 3G in March 2007 and served in this role until April 2011. Steffi'sresponsibilities included assessing candidates on communication skills, managing vendors, and ensuring monthly recruitment targets were met. Steffi also worked closely with the operations team to coordinate recruitment drives and provided performance data to vendors and leadership.

Throughout their work experience, Steffi has demonstrated expertise in various aspects of HR management, including recruitment, training, vendor management, employee engagement, and performance management.

Steffi Steven, CPHR, holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Neville Wadia Institute Of Management Studies and Research, which they obtained from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Public Administration from Savitribai Phule Pune University. In terms of additional certifications, Steffi obtained a POSH Trainer certification from Protouch in December 2022, a Certified Assessment & Development Centre for Talent Management certification from Salahkaar Consultants in September 2017, and a Train the Trainer certification in March 2011. Steffi also holds the designation of Charted Professionals in Human Resources, which they obtained from CPHR BC & Yukon in August 2020.
