Philip Wood

Philip Wood currently serves as the Director of Mineria at Fundación Chile and holds the position of General Manager at Circular HR, roles Philip has maintained since March 2023 and 2019, respectively. With extensive experience in human resources and consulting, Philip has worked as an Expert Professional at Servicio Civil de Chile since 2009 and previously directed Human Capital and Innovation at Fundación Chile from 2012 to 2019. Earlier, Philip held consulting roles at NIth Consultores and Arthur Andersen Business Consulting, among others. Philip's educational background includes advanced programs and degrees in business administration and psychology from institutions such as the University of Miami Herbert Business School, Universidad Alberto Hurtado, and Universidad Diego Portales.
