Carlisle D.

Carlisle D. serves as the Director of Planning and Community Engagement at Circulate San Diego since October 2021, having previously held roles as Senior Planner and Associate Planner & Outreach Specialist within the organization. Prior experience includes working at the Global Resilience Institute from September 2017 to October 2021 in positions such as Research Coordinator, Assistant Program Manager, and Staff Assistant. Carlisle D. also contributed to FoodCorps as a Service Member, focusing on sustainable programming within educational settings from August 2016 to July 2017, and gained experience as a Davidson College Sustainability Scholar at Friendship Gardens during the summer of 2015. Academic credentials include a Master of Public Health from Northeastern University (2019-2021) and a BA in Anthropology from Davidson College (2012-2016), with additional studies at the School for International Training in 2014.
