Delia Zanatta

Delia Zanatta is an accomplished professional with extensive leadership experience in technology and business sectors. Currently serving as VP of Customer at Circulor since May 2022, Delia oversees technical pre-sales, software implementation, and customer support. Additionally, Delia is a Coach and Mentor at Mighty Oak Coach, focusing on supporting women in technology and business. As a co-founder and Co-CEO of Optunli from November 2017 to August 2022, Delia led the development of an award-winning HR Tech start-up recognized in the top 10 in the UK. Prior to this, Delia co-founded Vennpoint Ltd, a talent matching software company. Delia's experience at Serco spans various leadership roles in transformation and operational planning from November 2005 to February 2015, and earlier positions included account management and business development at MCI and Courtaulds Packaging/Bets UK Ltd. Delia holds a Bachelor's Degree in International Business with Modern Languages from Aston University and completed a Battery MBA in December 2022.
