Kassi Rife is a dedicated and results-driven professional with extensive experience in the legal and real estate sectors. Currently serving as Transaction Manager at CIRE Equity since May 2022 and as Transaction Coordinator at 2525 Capital since June 2020, Kassi has demonstrated a strong ability to deliver innovative solutions and drive impactful results. Previous roles include Partner at Peak Paralegal LLC, Owner of Peak Paralegal LLC, Paralegal at Fennemore Craig, P.C., and Litigation Legal Assistant/Paralegal at Burch & Cracchiolo, P.A., among others. Kassi's educational background includes studies at the University of Houston and Desert Mountain High School.

CIRE Equity owns and operates a growing portfolio of residential and commercial debt and equity real estate investments throughout the United States. We are actively seeking direct acquisition and strategic investment opportunities. CIRE acquires retail, industrial, medical office/gsa, multifamily, and single tenant assets between $5-$100MM in the Western United States. Preferred markets include Arizona, California, Colorado, Nevada, Oregon, Texas, and Washington. We focus on value-add and opportunistic investments to stabilize to core or core+. CIRE also makes equity investments with and non-recourse, high-yield loans to small and midsized operators and developers throughout the United States. Typical investment/loan size is $3-$30MM. Our most common investment type is strategic joint venture equity with a focus on programmatic funding of growth strategies.
