Aseem Arya is an accomplished design professional currently serving as Senior Manager - Product Design at Cirkla Inc. since February 2023, where key contributions include shaping the company's identity and securing product-market fit through design-led strategies. Previously, Aseem held positions at Zume Inc. as Manager - Product Design and Senior Product Designer, delivering over 100 projects with significant improvements in efficiency and effectiveness. Aseem's career also includes roles at Kaff India, where product design combined user-centric innovation with brand alignment, and as Founder and Principal Designer of Aldes Studio, a multi-disciplinary design firm. Additional experience encompasses roles at various design firms, as well as a Visiting Faculty position at Shri Vaishnav Vidyapeeth Vishwavidyalaya, mentoring aspiring designers.
