Nainika Preet, SHRM-CP, is an experienced professional in human resources with a diverse background spanning various roles in multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Talent Coordinator at CIRO/OCRI since May 2022, Nainika has previously excelled as a Human Resources Administrator at Manion Wilkins & Associates Ltd., where responsibilities included job opportunity management and employee onboarding. Nainika's experience also includes coordinating new hire integration at Apple and managing full-cycle recruitment processes as a Human Resources Generalist at both The HDFC School and Chalk Tree Global School. Nainika holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Punjabi University and has completed a co-op program in Human Resources Management at Brian J Fleming Adult Education Centre.
