Wendy Sieukaran currently serves as the Director of the Compliance Modernization Group (CMG) at CIRO/OCRI, a position held since 2025. Previously, Wendy worked at TD Canada Trust as a Financial Advisor and held several roles at TD Waterhouse, including Senior Client Services Representative. Wendy also served as a Senior Compliance Manager and Manager of Compliance at BMO Financial Group and TD, where they focused on regulatory changes and compliance training. Wendy earned a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics (Statistics) from the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine Campus, from 1991 to 1994.
