Lj Buffardi

Lj Buffardi has a long history of work experience in the food industry. In 2020, they became the Chief Innovation Officer and Co-Founder of Cirona Labs. From 1991 to 2020, they worked at the Ferrara Candy Company, beginning as the Director of Procurement Operations, where they were in charge of supply chain for all five of the company's manufacturing plants, inventory levels, and obsolete materials. Lj then became the Vice President of Procurement, responsible for procuring all raw materials, as well as international sales. Lj eventually became the Vice President of Global Sales. Before Ferrara Candy Company, Lj Buffardi was the General Manager at FERRARA PAN CANDY CO from 1985.

Lj Buffardi received a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA from Southern Methodist University between 1981 and 1985, majoring in Marketing and Economics. Subsequently, they earned a Master of Business Administration - MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University between 1998 and 2000, majoring in Business Administration and Management, General.
