Marie Lyhne Damgaard

Marie Lyhne Damgaard has been working in the design industry since 2009. Marie started their career as a User Experience & Concept Designer at Vestas in 2009. In 2013, they became a Design Research Intern at Designit. From 2014 to 2015, they worked as a Service and User Experience Designer at Umeå Institute of Design, Head of Design at ÅMEQU, and Service Designer at Barncancerfonden. Marie also ran their own business, Marie Lyhne Art, from 2010 to 2014. From 2015 to 2018, they were the Owner of Marie Lyhne Studio. Most recently, they have been the Design Manager at Cirqle Biomedical since 2018 and will be the Arkitekt & Designer at Mary Elizabeths Hospital - Riget for børn, unge og gravide starting in 2022.

Marie Lyhne Damgaard obtained a Master of Architecture - MArch from Arkitektskolen Aarhus in 2013, having studied Industrial and Product Design, Interior Design from 2006 to 2013. Marie then pursued a Master's degree in Design and Applied Arts from Umeå Institute of Design from 2012 to 2015. Marie Lyhne Damgaard also attended munkensdam, though no additional information is available.
