Dominique Bensadoun

Dominique Bensadoun currently serves as the Senior Director of Executive Compensation and Global Talent Shared Services at Cirque du Soleil Entertainment Group, a position held since July 2021. Prior to this, Dominique worked at Aimia Inc from June 2014 to June 2021, where roles included General Manager of Talent & Culture and Total Rewards, along with various positions focusing on global compensation and benefits management. Earlier experience includes a role as a Compensation Consultant at Hewitt Equipment Ltd from May 2012 to June 2014, advising on compensation policies and programs, and as a Human Resources Agent at MDA from May 2010 to May 2012, managing residency applications and pay equity analysis. Dominique holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Management from McGill University.
