Jennifer C. has a diverse work experience in the real estate industry. Jennifer started their career as an Escrow Assistant at Rainier Title in 2004, where they quickly learned various duties including handling calls, messages, and mail for the office. In 2006, they moved on to Puget Sound Escrow Solution as a Limited Practice Escrow Officer, where they were responsible for setting up escrow files and keeping clients informed throughout transactions. Since 2008, Jennifer has been working at Cirrus Asset Management Inc. in several roles. Jennifer started as a Regional Manager, overseeing the execution of the company's strategic direction for multiple properties. As a Regional Manager, they also provided project management services for renovation projects. Currently, Jennifer holds the position of Vice President at Cirrus Asset Management Inc.

Jennifer C. attended Seattle University from 2000 to 2004, where they obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology. In addition to their degree, Jennifer has obtained various certifications throughout their career. Jennifer became a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the State of California in January 2019, in the State of Hawaii in June 2010, and in Washington State they obtained a Limited Practice certification from the Washington State Bar Association in January 2007. Furthermore, Jennifer also achieved the Certified Credit Compliance Professional certification from Spectrum Seminars in January 2011.
