Kelli Echagarrua

Kelli Echagarrua has a solid work experience in the telecommunications industry. Kelli currently holds the position of VP, Operations and Implementation at Cirrus Core Networks since 2016. Before that, they worked at Syniverse, where they had various roles including Senior Team Lead - Roaming Coordination and Roaming Team Lead - Coordination. In these roles, Kelli managed teams responsible for customers in multiple countries, trained new hires, and acted as a project manager for Tier-1 mobile operators. Kelli also improved new agreement launch output and created internal KPI metrics. Prior to working at Syniverse, Kelli worked at Wireless Solutions International as a Billing Finance Manager and Finance Specialist.

Kelli Echagarrua completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Florida Atlantic University, which they pursued from 2004 to 2008. Later, from 2013 to 2016, they attended the University of South Florida, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a specialization in Leadership Concepts and Organization Theory.
