Sebastiano Principato

Sebastiano Principato has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as General Manager at Cirrus Inns since October 2017. Prior to this role, Sebastiano held similar positions at Plaza del Sol Ibiza from April 2015 to September 2017 and at Alfresco as Assistant Manager from April 2014 to March 2015. Earlier career experience includes serving as Bar Manager at GMI from September 2011 to November 2013. Sebastiano holds a Diploma in Informatica from Istituto di Istruzione Superiore Galileo Ferraris, completed in 2006, and furthered education in wine and spirits at the Wine & Spirit Education Trust in 2019.
