Mai Tran

Mai Tran is an experienced professional in People Analytics with a strong background in HR data analysis and strategic insights. Currently serving as the People Analytics Manager at Cirrus Logic since September 2022, Mai has established the People Analytics function and implemented SAP SuccessFactors while managing various HRIS functions. Prior work includes a role as Senior Analyst for Global People Analytics at Bain & Company, where modernized ELT dashboards were introduced, and actionable recommendations were provided for talent strategies. Previous positions include Analyst at Fin.com, Engagement and Recognition Analyst at CHRISTUS Health, and Workforce Insights Graduate Intern at The Walt Disney Studios. Mai holds a Master's degree in Organizational Psychology and Leadership from BI Norwegian Business School and has extensive experience in research and data analysis, utilizing skills in SQL, Python, and statistical modeling.
