Tim Dehne

Tim Dehne has extensive experience in leadership and board governance within the technology sector. Since July 2009, Tim has served as a Board Director for Cirrus Logic, Inc., where Tim also chairs the Compensation Committee. Tim's prior board role at ASSET InterTech, Inc. involved similar responsibilities, including chairing the Compensation Committee. Tim held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Xplore Technologies briefly in 2018, overseeing engineering, operations, and supply chain before its acquisition by Zebra Technologies. Additionally, Tim contributed as Vice President of Engineering at Briggo, leading the development of the world's first automated robotic barista, and served as Vice President of Global Marketing at Luminex Corporation, focusing on strategic marketing and communications. Tim's career began at National Instruments, where roles included Sr Vice President of R&D. Tim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Rice University.
