Elikplim Emmanuella K. started their work experience as a Legal Researcher at Aimshoot Ghana Ltd in June 2020 and continued until September 2021. From December 2016 to November 2020, they worked as a Researcher/Aide at the Office of Former President Rawlings in the Republic of Ghana. In July 2017, they joined the Parliament of Ghana as a Research Assistant and stayed until August 2018. In August 2019, they had a brief internship as a Legal Intern at the Afghanistan and Central Asian Association (ACAA). In November 2021, they worked as a Mini Pupil at Four Brick Court, Chambers of Jayne Harrill. Currently, since February 2022, they are working as a Commercial Manager at Cirrus Response.

Elikplim Emmanuella K. began their education at St Roses Senior High School, where they obtained a Wassce certificate in General Arts. From 2013 to 2017, they attended Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi, where they earned a Bachelor of Art in Political Studies and Social Work, focusing on Political Science and Government. Elikplim Emmanuella then pursued their Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree at the University of Kent from 2018 to 2020. Currently, from 2020 to 2021, Elikplim is enrolled at The University of Law, pursuing a Master of Laws (LLM) degree in Law. In the same period, they are also undertaking a Bar practice course at The University of Law.
