Madeleine Tarbet

Madeleine Tarbet has a diverse work experience in the marketing and technology industry. From 2017 to 2019, they worked at Microsoft as a Premier Field Engineer, completing their apprenticeship in the EMEA Business Productivity domain. Madeleine supported the programs Skype for Business and Microsoft Teams. During their apprenticeship, they gained experience in customer support and worked with various departments, including CSS and the FastTrack center.

In 2019, Madeleine transitioned to the role of Events and Training Organiser at Microsoft, where they were responsible for organizing and coordinating events and training sessions.

In 2020, Madeleine joined Cirrus Response as a Marketing Executive. Here, they focused on developing and implementing brand, content, and event-related marketing activities. Madeleine managed various channels, including PR, website, social media, and events. Madeleine also took on copywriting, brand awareness, and strategic content creation for integrated channel campaigns.

Currently, Madeleine holds the position of Marketing Manager at Cirrus Response. Their responsibilities include the development, implementation, and maintenance of brand, content, and event-related marketing activities. Madeleine manages PR, website, social media, events, and reporting. Madeleine also handles copywriting and works on brand awareness activities, events management, and strategic content creation. Madeleine collaborates with external PR partners to ensure successful marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Madeleine Tarbet began their education at Hitchin Girls School in 2009, where they obtained their GCSE degree. Madeleine then attended North Hertfordshire College from 2015 to 2017, where they earned a Level 3 Extended Diploma in IT. In 2018, Madeleine furthered their education at QA Apprenticeships, where they pursued a Level 3 Infrastructure Technician degree in Information Technology, which they completed in 2019.

In 2019, Madeleine enrolled at RHG Consult for a one-year program in Meeting and Event Planning. Additionally, they obtained several certifications throughout their education journey. In 2017, they completed CCNA 1 - Routing and Switching from Cisco. In 2018, they acquired certifications in Business Processes and Introduction to Scripting - Coding and Logic from BCS. Madeleine also obtained two certifications from Microsoft in 2018, namely MTA: Mobility and Device Fundamentals and MTA: Networking Fundamentals. Most recently, in 2020, Madeleine obtained a Level 3 Event Assistant certification from Professional Assessment.
