Paulo Batista

Paulo Batista is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in digital workplace management and application systems. Currently serving as the Digital Workplace Manager at CIRSA since September 2025, Paulo previously held various leadership roles at Allianz Technology IberoLatam from January 2018 to September 2025, including Head of Workplace & Applications and Head of Service & Application Management. Prior to that, Paulo worked at Allianz from March 2006 to September 2025 as Application Systems Manager and Server and Communications Manager. Experience also includes serving as IT Team Manager at Banco Caixa Geral from April 2005 to February 2006 and IT Project Manager at Millennium bcp from November 1999 to March 2005, with a role as IT Manager at Millennium BCP Mozambique from February 2003 to July 2004. Paulo holds a degree from Instituto Superior Técnico, completed between 1992 and 1997.
