Lauren Winters

Lauren Winters is an Engineer 1 in Quality Design & Development at Cirtec Medical since June 2023. Prior experience includes serving as an Automated Media Dispenser project member during a senior design capstone at the University of Hartford, where the team developed a solution to assist lab technicians. As a CETA Ambassador, Lauren guided engineering applicants and supported first-year students. Additionally, Lauren contributed as an Undergraduate Research Assistant, focusing on breast cancer detection through testing an FDA-recognized biomarker. Previous roles include Clinical Engineering Assistant at Saint Francis Hospital, Assistant Soccer Coach at Berkshire Soccer Academy, and Medical Office Intern at Mount Sinai Health System. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from the University of Hartford.
