Andrew Speck has a diverse work experience in various roles within the procurement and category management field. Andrew started their career as a Procurement Center of Excellence Analyst Intern at Molson Coors Beverage Company. In this role, they developed sustainability models and tools to track and measure spend with diverse suppliers. Andrew later became a full-time Procurement Center of Excellence Analyst, where they performed spend analytics, developed risk monitoring portals, and contributed to the development of a procurement strategy.
Andrew then moved on to become a Global Procurement Center of Excellence Specialist, where they executed and managed a technical procurement training program. Andrew also served as a Regional Category Manager, responsible for managing strategic supplier relationships and leading innovations to scale brands using specialty ingredients. In addition, they took on the role of a Global Category Manager, setting and executing the strategic vision for the global hops portfolio and driving cost savings initiatives.
Currently, Andrew holds the position of Vice President at Cirtuo Inc., where they are leading the growth of the company in North America. Andrew is responsible for sales, marketing, and business development to generate new revenue streams and increase awareness of Cirtuo.
Andrew Speck has a Master of Science (MS) degree in Supply Chain Management from the University of Colorado Boulder - Leeds School of Business. Andrew also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Operations Management and International Business from the same institution. Additionally, Andrew participated in a Study Abroad Program, Semester at Sea, focused on International Business at the University of Virginia.
