Neno also formed a strategic direction for a 3-year procurement synergy realization plan.
Before joining Molson Coors, Neno worked at Nestle as the Regional Purchasing Manager, where they established and organized the procurement function in the Adriatic region and implemented SAP in procurement areas in multiple legal entities.
Their work experience also includes a role at Hewlett-Packard as the Country Sales Operations Croatia, where they provided operational support for all sales activities within the country and organized bid desks and defined procedures and communication between HP and partner companies.
