Nagaraja Iyer

Nagaraja IYER possesses extensive experience in manufacturing and plant management, currently serving as General Manager and Plant Head at CIS Global, part of nVent, since May 2021. Prior to this role, Nagaraja was Plant Manager at Faurecia from November 2018 to June 2021, overseeing plant operations with a team of over 230 employees and managing the manufacturing of exhaust systems for Toyota and Kia. Nagaraja's career includes a notable tenure at Autoliv as Associate General Manager, where responsibilities included managing airbag and software product profitability across India and leading the implementation of global product line strategies. Earlier roles included Manufacturing Manager at Dynamic Electronics Co. Ltd., where Nagaraja began as an assistant supervisor and advanced to the position of Section Head in manufacturing. Nagaraja holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University.
