Rashed Abdel-Tawab has a diverse work experience, starting as a Researcher at Clemson University in 2016, where they studied organic light emitting diodes and quantum dots for nanoscale drug delivery. Rashed then moved on to roles at Copperhead and CIS Mobile, working as a Lead Android Systems Architect and Senior Android Platform Architect, respectively. In 2016, they became the Project Director at LineageOS Project before taking on the role of Director of Mobile Products and Technology at CIS Secure in 2022.
Rashed Abdel-Tawab completed their high school education at Riverside High School from 2011 to 2015. Rashed then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Biomaterials Engineering at Clemson University from 2015 to 2019. Following this, they obtained a Master of Engineering in Biomedical/Medical Engineering and an MBA Technology and Entrepreneurship Certificate from Clemson University in 2019-2020. Additionally, they hold a certification as a Certified Solidworks Associate from Dassault Systèmes.
